About us

Founded in 2017, The Briony Liber Coaching Group (Pty) Ltd is a 100% woman-owned executive and career coaching practice based in South Africa, serving clients locally and internationally. We specialise in executive, leadership, and career coaching for professionals in STEM careers and industries—mining, engineering, construction, and related technical sectors.

Our coaching is designed to support senior managers and executives in navigating the complex transition from technical expert to strategic leader. We work with individuals, teams, and groups to cultivate behavioral, interpersonal, and leadership competencies that complement their technical expertise.
