Service Description
Collaborating effectively is essential. That's why we offer a complimentary 30-minute discovery session. This session aims to identify your coaching goals, explain the coaching process, and determine if we’re a match. Please note that this is not a coaching session; it's a conversation to assess our potential for collaboration. The fine print: This session is complementary. Please let me know 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule so that I can manage my diary and fit in other clients who may be looking for a session.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session that's no problem - life happens - and you can manage your booking online as long as it's no less than 24 hours to our confirmed session. If you have to cancel of reschedule within the 24 hrs notice period, please drop me an email to let me know. This may however be subject to a forfeited session at my discretion. Any sessions that are missed without any notice are considered forfeitures.
