Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session that's no problem - life happens - and you can manage your booking online as long as it's no less than 8 working hours to our confirmed session. If you have to cancel of reschedule within the 8 working hrs notice period, please drop us an email to let us know. This may however be subject to a forfeited session at our discretion. Any sessions that are missed without any notice are considered forfeitures.
