After 2 years of testing this content, and now formally partnering with Women in Mining South Africa (WIMSA) to offer this content as the basis of the 2023 WIMSA Group Mentoring Programme, and another corporate client as an in-house programme, I know that this programme works.

How the programme works

12 x 90 minute group coaching sessions over 3 months

All sessions are conducted in English, online on Zoom, and are recorded. So if you miss a session you will still be able to access the content which will be uploaded within 48 hrs to a private channel available only to registered members of the group.

A complementary "get to know you" session

Before group coaching commences, each participant has a complementary 45 minute one-on-one session so that I can get to know you, help you outline how to get the vest from the group coaching programme, and clarify your desired outcomes from the programme.

Prerecorded content to help you prepare for each session

Pre-recorded content is made available so that each session can be used optimially for coaching. The content is available as part of an on-line on-demand course that is accessible by registered members of the group. This content is available to you for as long as you are registered on my website.

Worksheets and reflection questions

Deepen your learning and the value you gain by completing the worksheets and taking time to journal on the reflection questions. These will be available as downloadable PDFs each week ahead of the session.

An online community

An online community (on this website) has been established to support communication between sessions and to enable members of the group to network with each other, share thier insights and build up their own personal board of directors and peers.

The option to add on discounted one-on-one sessions

15% discount on all one-on-one coaching packages is offered to group coaching participants for the duration of the group coaching programme and up to 6 months after the programme has been completed.
